With a background in both business and creative media, Sierra brings a unique blend of strategy, style, and storytelling to the Shearon Sells Dream Doors team. A graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Business Marketing, she spent the last five years building a successful wedding and lifestyle photography business — honing her eye for detail and content that captures attention. Originally from the small town of Monroe, Georgia, Sierra grew up around real estate, inspired by her mother’s career as a successful agent. That early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in the industry and laid the foundation for her current role. After relocating to Nashville in 2024, Sierra joined the Shearon Sells Dream Doors team as Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager. She now uses her expertise in social media marketing, listing promotion, and content creation to help homes stand out and sell faster. From eye-catching visuals to behind-the-scenes support, Sierra ensures every listing is presented with intention, creativity, and results-driven strategy — giving your home the attention it deserves.
